REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund will be made on written request within 30 days initiated by payer subject to airline's refund policy duly informed at the time of quotation.

All refunds for credit & debit card transactions will be made online only; no refund will be processed either by cheque or paid by cash unless approved by the Airbiz's appointed chartered accountant.
